More and more Pinoys are getting hooked with the love triangle of Tata (Jillian Ward), Francis (Michael Sager), and Venice (Jillian Ward) in the hit GMA Prime series My Ilonggo Girl.
The GMA Public Affairs produced romcom continues to post strong TV ratings on primetime.
And now, My Ilonggo Girl reached another important milestone after its total online views across all social media platforms has reached 587 million views.
In an interview with Michael on Kapuso Profiles, the Sparkle heartthrob expressed his happiness that the team behind the primetime series was able to deliver quality content.
“We are thankful, we are grateful na maganda 'yung reception ng tao, [kahit] online. I'm happy na 'yung goal kasi namin with the show was magpakilig, magpasaya. 'Pag gabi na gusto lang namin na umuwi sila at bago sila tumulog naka-smile sila with our story.”
In other news, the cast of My Ilonggo Girl joined the successful Kapuso Chill Fest mall show held at the TriNoma Activity Center, yesterday, February 9.
Jillian and Michael were joined by Lianne Valentin, Yasser Marta, Arra San Agustin, Geo Mhanna, content creator Arman Salon, and Vince Maristela.
MicJill also got a special surprise in the grand event after getting cakes to celebrate their birthday. Michael turned 22 last February 5, while Jillian will mark her 20th birthday on February 23.
